The best way to lose abdominal fat is to lose weight....your stomach will go down eventually....decrease your cals and eat plenty of healthy food. For Ideals I am now challenging myself along with a bunch of others doing the 30 day squat challenge...you will see it in the fitness forum....it is challenging and short term so it is a great motivator for a team.

Well I finished days 1-4 on the 13th of April. Gonna aim for days 5-8 tomorrow. I am pushing myself to catch up. At least I wont be as sore as everyone else by day 30....;)

Awww man I can't believe I am just now seeing this post on the 13th. I have a love hate relationship with squats....so I gotta do this. I have to catch up with everyone now though.
