Thanks for the information. I have been putting off making them for a couple of months now because I didn't want to end up having to throw it out if it didn't work with egg whites. Now I know I can give it a go! :)

So far no one has answered her question directly. I too would like to know if it would work well with JUST the egg whites. It's a good question to ask, I think.

What the hell...I've never even thought about things like gum or mints or spices. Well, I guess those are the things that I do not put in my diary. I also do not add/count things like splenda or truvia (no cal sweeteners) or the no calorie butter spray I use when I make my eggs. :(

Cut your avocado in half, take out the seed and then remove the "meat" from the outer skin. That is the part that you need to weigh. As for the amount of calories, I use the following information: http://wiki.answers.com/Q/How_many_calories_in_avocado I hope this helps.

In my car, the radio volume has to be on an even number but on my TV, it has to be on a number that ends in 5 or 0.

I brought them into work today and so far the 6 people that have tried them, LOVE THEM! One of those people is my supervisor (he's vegan) and he NEVER eats anything that other people bring into work....he ate 5 of the cookies! I call this a success! :)
