  • Holy cow! Today's (lower fix) was BRUTAL after already being sore from the first day. I think I might have actually whimpered at one point. :s But, it's done, and I know next week it will be easier!
  • @extacymoon, I am the same way. I take them after lunch now, actually, because I read they can also help give an energy boost and get over the mid-afternoon slump. Especially the b-complex. I get very nauseous if I take that on empty stomach.

  • My day 2 is under way! I ended day 1 really well, especially considering I didn't start it out right. I am SO sore from yesterday's workout. Too funny. I spent a lot of time last night planning for today and cooking/eating last night's dinner.

  • I am also looking for someone to hold me accountable for losing weight. I have about 30 lbs to lose. I was at my goal weight from about '09 until '11/12 and then just started slipping. I got sick of going to the gym, doing the same stuff all the time, and then the eating slipped, too. We CAN do this!!! :happy:
