  • I'm not as good about logging my food consistently... but really interested in following people with open diaries to see what works!
  • If you are still hungry for at least the first few weeks... have some fruits or veggies... veggies especially are considered 'free calories" for a lot of diet plans anyways.

  • Only 40 minutes on the stationary bike yesterday on lunch and on a break at work for me.. but only has about 1065 calories and was super stressed out trying to get everything moved over to switch phones today so I'm calling it good lol hopefully I'll be able to go to the gym today, leaving work early to get providers…

Basically you eat LOTS of lean protein & veggies, but you are NEVER supposed to let yourself get hungry. super low carb and sugar, if you are going to put sauce, salad dressing etc on anything make sure that it does not have sugar, corn syrup, etc in the ingredients...…
  • Back at it hard today... starting a new diet that my sister said that she lost about 20 lbs in 20 days from, and 1/2 hour bike on my lunch break.

  • Sorry I haven't checked in for a few days group... I just got back from a long weekend in Chicago where I did about 15,000 steps a day not to mention the 10+ flights of stairs constantly going up & down to the metro... I'm CRAZY sore... this girl is not used to walking/standing all day

  • Oh no! Sorry to hear about that. Cozumel is the only port I've ever been to, and didn't actually go to the beach there, but a group of us hired a guy to take about 6 of us around... he was the BEST tour guide I've ever had... we tipped him pretty well too, but not nearly as well as it sounds like you did :)

I would try to put at least half in the bank, give to my church and other charities that I would support. spend at least a year traveling to every country in the world... first class of course... a yacht would also be a lot of fun!!! New cars for the whole family too!
  • an exercise DVD sounds like a great option! You can get tons for super cheap on ebay... I love my dancing with the stars latin mix dvd! I also have a belly dancing dvd that is a blast and makes you feel super sexy... but good thing I do it in living room where no one else can see, because I'm sure I look like the dancing…
