Whatever gets you moving will keep you moving. My activity at first was 15 minute walking exercises (YouTube, Leslie Sansone). Then I increased my time and changed my intensity of workouts. If working out is not your thing, cleaning house vigorously will burn calories too. Good Luck!

I threw out a three pack or romaine hearts the other day. The brand was Bonipak. I looked up where they have farms and they have 2. One in California and one in Arizona, Yuma to be exact. Part of the year, they pick from CA, and the other part AZ. This information was on their website, not on the package. Alas, no romaine…

What I have noticed from drinking green tea twice a day (breakfast and lunch), is less bloat. It acts as a diuretic, so the weight drop is more likely due to water loss. Don't dismiss drinking green tea, because it also has antioxidants which are good for you. Happy lifestyle change!

It's normal for people to be curious. If it was a significant amount of weight and it shows, I have no problem saying how much it was. It's not like they know how much my current weight is or was. At least they notice, perhaps want to have the same success.
