Hulking. Somedays it looks like you don't get enough to eat. Do you track your water consumption? If you do I would recommend you do drink some more water - it is really good for you:)

How about sweet potatoes? I eat fairly low carb and they are great as a side dish and way better than regular potatoes, pasta or rice!

Thank you so much for this post! The scale have not moved in a couple of weeks and I know I shouldn't be discouraged. I know I am doing something good for myself by eating clean and exercising 6 days a week and a stupid number shouldn't throw me off! I think I will take a chill pill:)

Sweet potato pancakes: 1/2 baked sweet potato (it needs to be soft) 1 egg 1 tbs almond butter Mash the sweet potato. Mix in egg and almond butter. Whisk with a fork. Bake like pancakes on medium heat turning only once. I eat these with a raspberry sauce on the side and it is so delicious!

HI there, Im on the paleo diet which is pretty low carb and I just started Ripped in 30 as a base workout and on top of that I will be doing some P90X and running and bicycling. It takes a bit of time to get use to a low carb diet and in the beginning you might feel fatigue but after 1-2 weeks you'll be fine:)
