Clutch cut
I have looked at the Clutch Cut program from Bodybuilding.com and today I did the first lift program. Has anyone tried this program? Any success? I like that it is alternating lifting and cardio so each day is focused on one or the other:)

The soreness...
I did day 3 (week 1) today and my calves are really aching! Did anyone else experience this? And did it pass? I can easily run 10K without any pain in my legs and I blame all the jumping around in Insanity. So far I really "enjoy" the workouts - they get the job done, but I hope I don't continue to be this sore in my legs:(

Exercises for circuit training
I am experimenting with the deck-of-cards circuit training idea. I am assigning one type of exercise to each type of card (ace,2,3,4...king) and the repeating it either 10 times if the card is red or 20 if is black. I am looking for ideas of exercises to add. Ate 4 cookies yesterday - feel awful!

Amount of calories calculated by MFP HELP!
So after I complete my entry for the day it say "if everyday was like this you would weigh xx in 5 weeks". I am current at 138 and would like to get to 125 which is 13 pound. I put my current weight and goal weight under "settings" and it calculates 1200 calories a day. Today I ate about 1600 calories but i "earned" 800…
