Favorit exercise from P90x/insanity/Ripped in 30 etc

If you have done any at home workout videos, what was your favorite? And I am not talking program in general but one particular video - like "Kenpo X" from P90X which is my favorite:)

Kenpo X was my favorite in P90X. I still did it when I started P90X2. No favorite in P90X2 or Insanity. I start Les Miles Combat next. I think I will love it if I burn enough calories. I studied three different styles of martial arts over a 20 year period so I really like stuff like that.

    or

    spartan 1500

    both great
  • I have to say that Yoga X from P90X is my favorite (although I suck at it!). Coming in next is Shoulders & Arms in the P90X. They both give me a good workout (although in different ways).

P90X - I love, love, LOVE the Shoulder & Arms workout. It makes me feel strong because I can do all the moves with higher weights. :D

30DS - I loved/hated the shoulder presses. I know that sounds weird but my shoulders are my weakest body part. I loved seeing the small increases in strength everytime I'd do that particular workout.

    P90X: Chest, Shoulders, & Triceps
RushFit: That's tough, but I think I'd go with Full Body Strength & Conditioning

I've done them all, I'd rather never do them again. Dead lifts and squats. That is all!

my favorite at home DVD workout/routine is the first 2-3 circuits from "banish fat, boost metabolism" (jillian michaels) followed by the entire "no more trouble zones" (also jillian michaels). in total, it's about 70 minutes and i burn a good 500+ calories according to my heart rate monitor.

    P90X
Chest and Back, I don't ignore the back moves with weights as I don't have any, so I do more pull ups.

But overall it has to be Yoga X.

Of the 3 levels of 30DS, I'm liking the 3rd level the best.

I also really like the Slim in 6 pack mini-workout from my Slim In 6 series.
