  • I'm planning on doing Whole30 Beginning January 2.
  • I had to start again due to an emergency but I am on day 6. I got up to day 6 two weeks ago, missed last week, and started again last Sunday. I felt stronger even though I had missed a week and this week was much easier for me. I have to say, I am beginning to really feel the difference!

  • Day 3 (yesterday) went well. I had to follow the modifier for most of it but I'm pretty out of shape, lol! I'm not nearly as sore today as I had been and am looking forward to Pilates Fix tonight. How often does anyone weigh themselves? Are there any success stories in this group?
  • Day 2 went well! It was Upper Body Fix. I struggled a little but did well overall. So far I like the routines (well, the 2 I've done). The meal plan is easy and I bought Fixate, the cookbook, because I enjoy cooking and it has some really good recipes! I am sore, though :smile:
  • I am very sore today after my first work out yesterday (Total Body Cardio Fix). Ibuprofen and Epsom salt baths help.
