I too felt the way you do. Currently I am eating every 2 hours and it helps a lot. My meals are smaller but I find that I'm never hungry.

Please don't beat yourself up about it. "Bad" weekend/days will happen. I try not to look at them as bad. It takes a lot to change old habits. Remember there is always another meal..or another opportunity to eat healthy. You are doing a fantastic job. Keep it up.

Wow I am so with you!! I have been doing this for over a year now and I'm still peeing all the time. It drives me insane as I was also told that my body would adjust. I'm very interested in hearing what others have to say.
