I've just had a baby so not been on here for some time and now have a much bigger goal than ever before as am a stone and a half heavier after having my whopping 10lb 6oz baby boy!!

Was ill last week, so no exercise, but still a small loss. Back to it now, striving for goal weight!! Still not warm enough for swimming yet, but maybe next week!

When I first started MFP i was 240 lbs. I got down to 195 and now the weight is back. My FGW is 195 for now. See how I feel once I can maintain that for a year or so. Aiming for 10 lbs down this month but 5 would be just as good. 5 lbs would make me 218.6 and 10 lbs would be 213.6. This is my first month back so 10 wont be that hard to lose but 5 is my min for May.

Okay, I'm in a hurry, but I'm back up 2 lb--which was, I believe, my starting weight this month. However, I'm not the least discouraged, because I have lost at least a 1/2" in both hips and waist. I am also getting some nice muscle definition in my arms when I flex them, and I can go lower on a pushup than ever before. And full-length pushups do not scare me anymore. So I'm content.0
