 Only a little loss, but I'll take it. One step closer. 
 I picked up a dress I have to wear the middle of June. I could wear it the way it is, but it will look so much better if I lose a little around my middle.0

            Okay, so yesterday I weighed in at 148, a pound higher than last week. But I suspected water weight, because of eating chips on Tuesday. So I weighed again this morning. Sure enough, I'm 146! So let's hear it for 1 lb in one week! :happy:0

            Yay, well done castelluzzo! I love when the scales go down! woot woot!
 I didn't want to join this group because I thought that 5 pounds in May was not achievable for me (I have been stuck on a plateau at 138 lbs for two long weeks). But today, finally, my weight has gone down by a pound! Woohoo! So I am back on track and going to try to lose another 4 pounds by end of May, eek sounds like a lot!)
 It could be completely unrelated but I have upped my protein intake (although total calories are the same) and it seems to have helped me over my plateau... if that is any encouragement to anyone else who is stuck on a plateau.0

 Well - this week fell apart. A lot of emotional eating happened, and not enough exercise. But the other day I pulled out my summer clothes now that it is finally starting to warm up, and I am a size smaller than last summer - everything was too big! That has remotivated me to get back on track. Let's get this thing going the right way!0
