    Monthly fitness goal / event: Have a family fun run coming up in a few weeks with my son's school.......should be fun and a challenge! This event was this past Saturday! So much fun to see the kids race! I tried to keep up! I even got in a few miles of walking in the park afterward while my son played with his friends. Overall a very successful fitness Saturday! :smile:

    Although they weren't totally new since I've tried both types of classes before, I went to 2 classes I hadn't been to before (one of my fitness goals for may): a hooping class and a burlesque dancing class. Both were really fun and made me feel confidant about my body. Burlesque looks so much better when performed by a curvy woman!!

    5/8: 173.1 Lb. ( 3.5 Lb. ) Cheat on Sunday with 2 slices of pizza and 2 plates of beef stew with rice.
    5/15: 167 Lb. ( 6.1 Lb. ) Weekend cheats: Chicken milanese, *a lot of white rice, Seafood with tow foo. Wow! I lost 10 in 2 weeks!
    5/22: 163 Lb. ( 4 Lb. ) Weekend cheats: Chicken milanese, *a lot of white rice, Tacos, blood sausage, sausage, steak, pasta.

    I am walking 7 miles every morning ( 5 days a week ) plus free weights in the evenings ( 5 days a week ) with 1 hr. cardio.

    I'm really thrilled with my progress this month. I did TDEE-20% for two months and didn't make the kind of progress that I would have liked. I switched to mfp's recommendations to lose 1 lb per week at the beginning of May and have started to lose pounds regularly. I'm finally out of the obese category!
