My monthly goals for May:
1) Start taking morning walks after my son goes to school.
2) Use the elliptical during every gym trip this month (at least 3 days a week)
3) Drink more water!
I'm not sure what is going on!! I've been under my calories and exercised 3 days last week. I'm upping my cardio to see if this helps. I know I'm the type that has to exercise to get results. Maybe 3 days is not enough for me. I'm going back to & sticking with working out 5 days a week. I saw a constant loss when I exercised 5 days. Hopefully next week I can report a loss *fingers crossed*0 -

Wow, thirty pounds is amazing! According to something I read on MFP a while ago, 30-lb is equal to:
- 20 dozen large eggs, or
- an average 2 year old holding a chihuahua, or
- 15 racks of baby back ribs, or
- the amount of cheese an average American eats in a year, or
- 4 average newborns
So congrats on shedding 240 large eggs!0 -

Update:-
Pilates has been hit and miss. I have stared Interval jogging, but my knee has developed a tender spot. I've averaged 40 miles a week walking, despite visiting family in Scotland and Sheffield. Then having to go back to Sheffield for a funeral (Tempura Prawns are lovely, but they anhilate your kcals for the day!!).
I've sourced my abs fitness programme and will start next week (it's hip hop abs. I'm disadvantaged - no sense of rhythm, so it should be fun!!!)
NSV:-Three weeks ago I bought new jeans and already I can take then off without unzipping them. I think I bought them too big. I've also bought a dress for my nephews wedding in late June (half a size too small, and that's about what's going on in my head. My husband said it was a lovely fit). I've not worn a UK 14 for quite some years!!!!
