  • Hey Steph, To control my hunger I actually eat hard boiled eggs. I have about 4-5 throughout the day. 2 with yolk and 2-3 without and dip it in sriracha sauce. I find myself less hungry and not to over indulge. Hope that works for you!

  • Keep on going! I know the app likes recommending 1200 calories, but don't cut to 1200 without consulting a Dr! @ 200 lb it is at too much of a deficit and you'll end up hungry ALL the time!

  • I cook my chicken in a wok. Seasoning salt, cumin, shaoxing wine, onion powder, garlic power. Mix all the powders together first before you sprinkle it on the chicken.
