Turkey Burgers... 1 lb ground turkey 1 packet onion soup mix (dry) 1/2 cup water 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp black pepper Combine all ingredients, form into 4 patties. Grill on high heat for 5-10 min. each side. This recipe is about 200 calories per patty.

Hi Mouse! I too have PCOS (and endometriosis) You are right, taking weight off is harder for us, but it is possible! How often are you working out and what are you eating?

I just completed my 6 month lupron injections also...no weight gain, but not much loss either.

Two miniature dachshunds and a Doberman. The Dobie is full of energy so I walk her as often as I can. She runs, so I run. :bigsmile:

I use a 30oz cup at work. I fill it up at least 3x each day and continue to drink water or unsweet iced tea when I get home. Using a large cup and straw has helped me.
