I have reduced the carbs and unnatural occuring sugars from my diet (except on cheat days). I now eat sandwhichs without the bread and pasta use to be a staple and has been removed completely. Depends on what you are trying to do. Are you trying to build muscle or slim down? It also depends on the type of protein you are obtaining.
