I meant the husband from downstairs came to my door. I am going to have my fiance' talk to him when he comes home from work because I should be able to work out in the living room at a respectable time. I pay just as much rent as he does. They probably got into a fight and he fell asleep on the couch because any other day…

Noooo you didnt waste any time! You are doing great because at least you are doing it. You cant just jump into the 15.0 incline at 3.0 for an hour unless you build yourself up. start at 9.0 inc at 2.5-2.9 for 45 min and 13.0in at 2.7mph for 15 min and increase 1.0 inc everyday until ur at the max. :) add me

lol no not running at 15.0mph, i cant even do 5.0 for 2 minutes. im talking about the incline at 15.0 and speed about 3.0-3.5

yes, i do hang on lol. thats the only part i dont like, but hey almost 50 lbs in 2 months is pretty good, so i purchased some good work out gloves and i hang in there, taking breaks no more then a min to give my hands and legs some rest, but if YOU DONT WORK OUT AND GO HARD, THEN U CANT EXPECT TO HAVE GOOD, QUICK, AND…

If you add my page, you will see. I am 23, 218 lbs, and I keep my heart rate between 150-175 by doing 15.0inc at 3.2 on an average day, when i feel my heart rate rising & i need to cool down, I stay at 15.0 and decrease my mph to 2.5 on average and only stay here no more then 1 min.

*RIGHT. How so? I started my weight loss journey 09/09/2012 at 262lbs....today i am 218.4lbs. Has anyone ever scientifically proven that it isnt the "right" way? because it looks like it is working to me.
