I do mostly walking but have incorporated my dvds back into my routine..i just alter the high impact parts. I am almost 7 months. CONGRATS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

hello there :0) first of all CONGRATS!! we are not too far apart. i am 5.5 months today and have gained about 16 pounds. and YES! i use MFP to keep me on track. i hope to gain no more than 30 pounds. see if i make it :0)

I have din-din at 9pm and always a midnight snack....nope doesnt matter

1/2 c. of egg whites with orange bell peppers, mushroom and cilantro, followed by a slice of ezekiel cinamon/raisin toast with 1/2 tblspn of PB and a cup of joe :0)

I am 5' 6" weigh 181, and wear size 13-14
