@alikonda - sorry about the late reply. Yes, I did receive my T25 the day before my departure so that was nice. I've been doing it at least 3 days a week since I got here. I'm doing quite a bit of traveling here as well. Like the 2 days ago, I took a train to my in-law's who are hours away and before that I stayed at some…

I'm still in the middle of adjusting to the new schedule and fighting the jet lag. I spend most of the time with my parents and visiting friends. I've also been helping my dad with some yard work around the house. The most challenging part being in Malaysia so far is the diet. As I've expected and like some of you have…

Way to go Alikonda! I'm back online y'all, at least for the time being. I still need to get a more stable mean of getting online. The flights were exhausting! 13 hours from Dallas to Japan and then another 7 hours to Singapore. I normally don't sleep much on the plane and would watch a bunch of movies. That's what I did…

I've been doing some X Stretch and have applied some bengay on the neck. I feel much better today! I'll be able to start doing some hybrids starting Monday until I get T25. I've been contemplating about my next move since I ended my employment with the previous company. I finally made up my mind and decided to take an…

Thanks guys! Neck still hurts today. A friend suggested that I can try to put some bengay and apply some warmth to soften the neck muscle. I think I'll give that a try. Not being able to do any physical activities just sucks! Although I was able to golf without hurting too bad :)

Yesterday, I tried to do Max Cardio Resistance but half way into it I hurt my neck/back area. I think I pulled it somehow. I haven't been able to turn my head and shoulder much without getting a sharp pain. This reminds me of the lower back injury I got from doing Kenpo X late last year. I'm going to take it easy and…

Hey guys! I'm finally back from Cancun! Boy, it was a great trip and I was totally blown away by their beaches and seaside views! I gained like 1.8 lbs (153.8 lbs) after I got back from Cancun. Guess what...after a round of golf and some Fast and Furious this past weekend, I'm down to 152.6 I'm glad to see that you guys…

I believe it's a mixture of both. Kinda like the max cardio resistance in Insanity but with weight added for increased strength requirement. My family and I will fly to Cancun tomorrow (Saturday) morning and won't be back until July 4th. I'll try to see if I could get online there... heard that they charge a steep fee to…

Last night I did BAck and Biceps and ARX. I again kept this in mind when I did ARX -- quality over quantity. I slowed down the pace and intentionally "squeezed out" (and hold) for every single move. The intensity was much greater than doing it at a faster pace. I ended up doing about 20 reps for most of the moves, instead…

The gamma phase is considered more advanced than the alpha and beta phases in the base kit. Most people start with the base kit and work their way up to gamma. But I do have one customer ordering gamma directly and skipping the base. I'll have to check with her and see what's up with that.

Yesterday was my week 11 day 2 p90x/insanity hybrid. I did max cardio conditioning. I was doing great for the first 30 minutes. I matched pretty much all the reps and rhythm. The last 18-20 minutes was getting a bit more rough. I was still able to follow 95% of the routine with some breaks every now and then but it kicked…

Yesterday was Chest Shoulder Triceps and ARX. I tried something different in ARX. I took the time to squeeze out every reps in ARX and really felt it during and after the workout. I also incorporated some Insanity cardio ab moves e.g. the plank thrusts/pulses (can't remember the name). For some reason I noticed that the ab…

@alikonda - welcome! Yes, please check in here on a daily basis and keep each other motivated! No_finish_line is correct...you'll get your support here! BTW - Shaun T's T25 just came out today. I've been getting a lot of hits on my site and many people are asking for it. However, the ordering links are very busy and might…

Speaking of running...Yesterday I did 35 minutes of running at a speed of 5mph for the first 10 minutes and then increased to 6mph for the remaining 25. The temperature finally cooled down a bit at around 9pm but was still around 85. I haven't run for a few weeks now so I thought I would give that another try. It was more…

Last night I did one of my favorites - biceps and back! I love working arms! I used to hate the back routine because I couldn't do many pullups but I'm starting to like it as I get stronger. It's been rather busy at work and my mind was a bit exhausted yesterday. After the workout, I had my R&R and protein shake. While I…

Good morning team!! Yesterday was cardio day but I didn't get a chance to do any cardio. I didn't get off work until very late so I decided to hit the driving range instead. Since they opened until 12AM, I was able to squeeze in about an hour or so of practice time. There's no much burn there but it was a good upper body…

Week 10 - Day 1 - Chest Shoulder and Triceps & ARX done last night! Again, I tried to focus on weight and really tried to get the burn when I get to 8-10 reps for the shoulder presses. I felt I like I've gained more strength because I could do about 25-30 pushups for most of the sets. But when it came to the one-arm…

@lyndabyh - that sounds fun! I tried to run a few weeks back and I was able to do about 30 minutes nonstop at 6mph. I guess I could try to do a 5k! @ghsfitnesspal - Insane abs isn't part of the basic insanity program. Cardio Abs is the one that comes with Insanity.

Last weekend I was doing a Father's Day stay and golf package at the local casino hotel to celebrate Father's Day. So I worked out at the hotel gym. It was a great getaway. While I didn't have much luck at the table, some of my friends did win big. I wish I was that lucky. The golf course was really lush and nice! The…

@ghsfitnesspal - if you have doubts about how much you should be eating, here's a quick calculation that I use and recommend. http://www.fearlessleefit.com/nutrition/how-to-calculate-my-calorie-needs/ @lyndayh - welcome back! Haven't seen you for quite a while. I'm glad that you've been pushing play and running. Great job!…

That's great! Make sure you eat at a calorie deficit and your weight loss will be like clockwork! I wish there was an easy button for instant strength LOL.. The only way to do it is to keep trying and enduring. I remember I was only able to do 1 pull-ups in p90x. But now I can do 10. Keep trying.

I was doing my week 9 Day 3 workout - Shoulders Arms and ARX yesterday. The last time I did this routine was in week 3 or 4 (can't exactly remember) but having done a different set of p90x routine and back to this month-1 routine kind of confused my muscles. Well, that's the point right :). I had to adjust myself a little…

Good morning!! Yesterday was fast and furious for me again. I've been doing it twice a week as my cardio routine of choice. As my BF% is hovering around 7%, I thought I could cut back on my cardio and focus more on weight to gain or at least condition the muscles. This is a very SLOW way to getting cut and ripped as I've…
