Hi, my name is Al. I've recently finished P90X and have started INSANITY on 2/1/2013. Since I started my fitness journey on 10/9/2012, I've lost about 28 lbs and 14% body fat. I also have recently started seeing my 6 packs. Yay!!

Focus T25
Has anyone ordered their Focus T25 yet? A few people were lucky enough to order it from my site before the order links went down :( Beachbody seems hammered by the sudden spike or traffic LOL. Share your experience here if you got your hands on T25!

High cholesterol

Starting P90X/Insanity in February
I'm currently 2 weeks into my 2ND round of P90X. I've just ordered Insanity. My wife and sister in-law who have seen my round one results were so pumped up that they too wanted to join me. Anyone else who are already doing either P90X and/or Insanity, feel free to join here to hold each other accountable :)
