It is a DVD by jillian michaels, there are quite a few people on here that have done it or are doing it. Search for topics 30 DS :bigsmile: It is a programme where you do 3 levels of fitness over 30 days, it combines strength, cardio and abs and is only 20 mins a day.

Thankyou very much! I am finding it hard to shift the last bit, but I am becoming increasingly impressed with the shape of my body as I continue to exercise, so maybe weight isn't the be all and end all!!!

Me me me!! SW - 170 GW - 150 Been injured so done no exercise for 2 weeks and still in rehab process so weight is staying put atm!! Hoping to get back to full strength in 3-4 weeks so big push for Xmas!!! Lol!

Awesome, thanks for your replies...today I am picking up my new dumbell tree which consists of weights from 2.2 lbs up to just under 10lbs!!! You have inspired me to increase as soon as I can!! :bigsmile:

If you don't have weights try using bags of sugar or tins of something.

Yes, agreed, I have a severe sprained ankle and have just started 30ds as said, instead of the jumping jacks I just Do the punches, there are plenty of arm and an exercises that you can do!! It's so frustrating when you have an injury but you can do this workout! :happy:

Beer! Used to drink every night! Now have the occasional white wine spritzer Bread - probably the thing I miss the most but have stopped craving for it now Pasta, I do seem to eat a lot of rice now instead though!
