Like many others I would say MFP I have tried everything in the book to lose weight and MFP is the only thing I have seen the results I want ! I love all the support, its FREE, it calculates everything for you there are people on to support or answer questions you have 24/7 It's a great positive site !

You could be eating to little of calories especially if you are working out! Your body needs calories to burn! Also are you drinking enough water ?

Things I have thought for rewards for myself : 15 lbs Nails done 30 lbs New VS bras :) 45 lbs A mini trip to see an old friend :) 55 lbs New clothes the WORKS! and when I get down to my goal weight of 130 lbs or less I am going to have a professional do a photo shoot for me and my new body! Hope these give you some ideas!

I'm so glad you asked this question, because I got a Magic Bullet for christmas as well and was thinking what the heck am I gonna make with this besides smoothies. Im not a big fan of smoothies! so other recipes would be grrrrreat.

Count me in puuuulease! Its a great challenge I have a personal goal to lose 15lbs by jan 25th so will just add another 10 lbs to that, motivation and support will be great ! I will give my starting weight monday after christmas ! I 'm way excited ! :)
