    fat =9 calories per gram
    protein = 4 calories per gram
    carbohydrate =4 calories per gram

    So your M&M have 117 calories from fat, 120 calories from carbs and 20 calories from protein and 257 calories total.

    117/257=45.5. so they are basically 46% fat.

    each gram of fat has 9 calories, each carb and protein has 4 calories so
    13 gs fat = 117 cals from fat or 46%
    30gs carbs = 120 cals from carbs or 47%
    5gs protein = 20 cals from protein or 8%
    257 cals
