Macaroni Noodle Bake Serves 4 Cal: 367 1 1/2 C Spiral Noodles 1/2 lb browned hamburger 1 can tomato soup 2 8oz cans tomato sauce 1 tsp dried onion (or fresh onion) 1/4 C milk top with cheese (1 C for 400 cal) I like it because it is filling.

I take it right at my belly button... because I know I am taking it at the right place every week. I also keep track of my hips.

It's hard to cut back your calories all in a matter of a few days. Your body needs time to adjust to fewer calories. It has taken me almost 5 weeks to fee satisfied with 1400 calories. As for the drinks, it's hard for me to not drink calories, too. I am allergic to milk and I get so sick of water. Juice is my downfall.

It means you are getting muscle. I have to remind myself the same thing. I've been working out this past week, kept on calorie count, yet gained two pounds. Muscle is more dense than fat.

The people in my family that have Factor V manage it with blood thinners. I don't know of any natural remedies. I know that it is something doctors will want to continuously monitor, though. Good luck!

I set my treadmill at an incline (5.5 on my machine) at about 3-3.5 mph and read a book. I can burn 200+ calories in a half hour.
