I do the same, just search through MFP and find something that is as close as possible and use that.

Loved this quote! I used to do the same thing, now I do not really crave them as much as I used too, it just went away after awhile. When I really want something I try to go for the healthier version, like getting a grilled chicken sandwhich with cheese and not eating the bun but eating all the french fries!! Good luck!

I wear tank tops because I am at the gym to build muscle. When I am lifting I can look in the mirror and see my form and what muscles I am working. I work out better this way and it motivates me. I also wear shorts because I can see how I am defining my leg muscles!! I also do not the way sweating feels in a t-shirt!!!

I am sure there is a ton of stuff you can do at home. Jump rope, sit ups, push ups, squats, lunges. Try googling excercises to do at home or without gym equipment.
