HW:145 CW:145 LW:118 GW:120 UGW:115-110 Moved this summer and gained a lot of weight eating junk food stuff that was quick. I'm ready to be serious about it and get back to being comfortable in my own body again.

You can always cook oats in the microwave. I usually eat(as in, like 98% of the time) 1/2 cup of Special K cereal or some other cereal and some low fat soy milk. 1. "BAKED" APPLES in the microwave--Take a small apple (approx 4 oz), 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon, 1 teaspoon water, 1 teaspoon no-calorie sweetener, and 1/4 teaspoon cornstarch. I suppose I should have been more clear. I don't want a 3 day diet--lose all my weight (which would be mostly water, and wouldl come back quickly) and then be done. I am looking to lose more weight per week. Right now, my projected weight loss (with 1200 cal and 3-30min workouts) is only .8 pounds per week. I lowered my calories to 1100, but I'm wondering if the more healthy way is to just work out more? I don't have that much extra time, so that's why I lowered my calorie intake, but…
