Aren't aerobics and cardio exercises two different types? Or are they similar enough that I can use the aerobics low impact to log it in? You can tell, I'm very new to this. Btw, thank you for your quick responses :)

I'd be interested in knowing the answer to this question as well. I had reached my goal weight last summer. Unfortunately, b/c I don't know how to maintain, I've gained almost all of my weight back :grumble:. I've gone from a size 12 petite, back up to a size 16.
