Check your iron. I had an iron deficiency and was tired all the time and my diet was on point. I just needed supplements for a few months, then I was right as rain!

Great job on the weight loss this far!!! You've done great! 1000 calories for a person your size is not enough food. I wasn't eating enough and I stopped losing. I started eating what MFP assigned me and I'm losing at a healthy rate now!!

I know this sounds silly but you aren't eating enough calories a day!!! I'm gluten and dairy intolerant, weigh 300 lbs, was eating 1200 calories a day and lost a pound or two here and there bu t would gain them back until I started eating the assigned number of calories that MFP assigned me..now the weight is flying…

I used to have exercise induced panic attacks...the doc put me on vitamin D and Magnesium and those are gone now!!

I see a specialist in San Francisco that has been published in the AM journal many times..so super smart guy...he told me that whatever I crave, I'm basically allergic to. So I quit eating the things I crave and I have no more cravings. Hope this helps.

I was on a 1200 calories a day plan...it wasn't nearly enough food. Unless the doctor has put you there...go with MFP goals they set for you. I've started losing since I'm eating enough food. Food is fuel!!

I have pf and the shoes I buy from Foot Locker at called Asics Kayano. Those with a good insole and I can walk all day. But you do have to replace your shoes twice a year for best effect. Hope this helps.…

I want to lose weight so I'll breathe easier and live longer for my husband and son.

What helps me in the food area is meat, fruit, and veggies. No gluten, dairy, or grains of any kind. Make sure your meds are at the right strength. And make sure you're getting enough sleep. Make sure you exercise whether you're tired or not. I know it's hard but we can do it!!!
