This is what I am going to be doing - I am going to set a goal on what I can eat and how much of it. A plan that I can follow so I cant go overboard. & I will be eating throughout the day. Thank you guys for your answers! It def. helped!! :) :)

I don't think it really matters. Whatever you prefer. In the morning I workout before breakfast. I just feel that it's easier so I don't get lazy. lol. But at night I exercise like two hours after dinner. Whatever you prefer don't stress it. Whatever fits you and your schedule better :)
