  • My mom puts orange juice, orange pieces (or other citrus like those canned clementines), cranberries (fried ones), some nuts and oil (pretty much any, just not olive oil, it's too strong). You can add onions, salt, pepper, anything you like really. Imagine a couscous recipe, replace couscous with quinoa.
