  • Also having this same issue, Garmin Connect is saying it's connected to MFP but MFP doesn't have the connection listed and when I try to connect on MFP it just doesn't do it.
  • Reviving this post because I'm having the same issue with my Garmin Forerunner. Have tried disconnecting the Fitbit and reconnecting the Garmin connect app but still not having steps register :(
  • Thank you! I hadn't thought of it in that way. 6.7% is pretty good :)

  • If you're worried about pressure on your knees then another option for exercise could be the pool. There are lots of great waterbased workouts that can be done on your own or you could do a water based fitness class
  • Hi! I'd love to join, I'm 33 and looking to lose 20kgs on top of the 6kgs I've currently lost.
  • Just to add another perspective to the discussion: I run and I have started running a lot. I run to combat my depression and it really does boost my mood considerably. • It totally is! I wear a HRM also and yeah major burn at times. But to tone up, I'd suggest your own program on the side. If you're really keen on making it derby specific, take a look at Booty Quakes website: rollerderbyathletics.com
  • I'm Crash Mandicoot and I play for The Cutthroat Charmers, a part of South Sea Roller Derby in Melbourne Australia. I've been playing a year and a half now. I was recently drafted into our travel team, The Sirens, which completely blew away all my goals for the next 2 years! I'm here to try and lose the extra junk in my…
  • One of my team mates has just started the insanity. I'm also thinking of giving it a go. Do you really have to do EVERY single workout in it? some days I just wouldn't be able to fit it in and still get to bed with enough time to recover for the next day. Also is it still possible to do other training such as running? I…

  • I lose hair and have horribly easy to break nails when I have bad eating habits. It's happened when I've lost weight in the past, yes I was losing weight but I wasn't following a balanced diet. Have a good look at the quality of food you are eating,
