100 calories per mile? thats not true...everyone burns different amounts of calories depending on their own body, weight and muscle play a factor as well. for example someone who weighs more is going to burn more calories because their body has to work harder to perform the task. mfp does over exaggerate on calories burned…

i try not to eat something if i cant log it. were there no nutrition facts on the label or wrapping? does the company have a website that you can look the nutrition facts up on? otherwise just choose something similar from the data base or add items individually and use your best guess

i work at a seventh day adventist hospital so we dont carry any caffeine in our vending machines...so its all water, gatorade, and juices. the snack one has cheez itz, nacho cheese doritos, fruit gummy snack things, fiber one bars, bugles, m&ms, twix, pretty much everything delicious and un healthy lol

im at work right now. just had a 100 calorie bag of popcorn. been drinking ice water and black tea with spenda all night. its almost 5am here. two more hours and i can go home! i havent had a cigarette at all tonight. IM DyinG FOR ONE!

the calories depends on the proof, the higher the proof, the more calories. i would guess there about 80-100 calories in one shot.

so why even exercise if you are just going to put those calories back into your body?? the point of exercising is to burn calories to create more of a deficit.
