You need to eat more. I have the same stats as you and have found in the past if I eat too little it's impossible for me to lose weight. For example, if I eat 1200 calories I can't lose at all but if I eat around 1350 I lose all day long. Consider making it your goal to be closer to your target calorie. I have a feeling…

Thanks for the encouragement. That makes me feel a little better. So many women talk about how they lose weight so well while bf and I dont understand why its not happening to me. It makes me feel better that I am not alone!

I would love to join this group. We are pregnant with our first child and due in June. I have been on mfp since Feb 2011 and have lost 35 lbs. I would love some support through my pregnancy and am planning on being completely active and healthy during my pregnancy. I can't wait for the little one to get here!

Don't eat when you're not hungry. Also, don't add on those calories to tomorrow; than you would be over tomorrow. Just start tomorrow like a new day.

I love the soup ideas except for my husband doesn't like soup! Thanks so much for the ideas though. I'll definitely try the lasagna cupcakes though. Those sound yummy!
