I'm 5'0' and I weigh 97 lbs. My goal weight is 100 lbs but I want to gain 3 lbs of pure muscle, not fat. I'm aiming for 18-20% body fat.

I'm 5'0 and I eat 1200-1300 calories. I exercise around 30-60 min per day and I do not eat back my exercise calories. I have a desk job where I'm on my butt all day so I'm very scared to eat back any exercise calories I get!

Well, not for 30 days. I did all the 3 levels just to see how they were like. I heard people say that Ripped In 30 was more challenging so I decided to go with that instead

I used to eat fiber one bars. I made my own granola bars recently though. They're easy to make and yummy! There are tons of recipes online :) I also heard quest bars were really good, so I might buy one just to try it out

You should rest until you feel better. I know it sucks to stop but it's better than causing more damage! If you must workout then make sure it's low impact and doesn't require you to jump around. Take it easy and I hope you recover quickly!

So very true. I lost about 7 lbs and it definitely shows! Also, I don't get as hungry so I don't need to eat so many calories!
