I am 4'11 @ 104.5 and I want to be 95, this is because I have no muscle or tone to my body at all so hopefully losing weight and excercise will help me become lean0

I say I'm 5'0 but my doctor says I'm 4'11 and 3/4" I joined weight watchers a while back and got to be a lifetime member at my highest weight without being overweight which 130. So that's my short term goal. Current weight is fluctuating between 143 and 147. My final goal is around 95-100. I'm not real set on the number though.. if I'm perfectly happy at 120, I'll stop losing (I just really think it'll be more like 100 based on my body type).
I also read somewhere (at some point) that starting at 5'0, you start at 100 lbs and then add five pounds per inch of height to find a good ideal weight. So like :
5'0 − 100
5'1 − 105
5'2 − 110
5'3 − 115
5'4 − 120
5'5 − 125
5'6 − 130
5'7 − 135
5'8- 140
I'm not sure if it's even legitimate but it's always sounded pretty good to me lol.0 -
I am 4'11. My goal weight is between 110-115. Anyone is welcome to add me as well!0

Goal is currently 125-128lbs. We'll see after that...maybe 115-118. I hope to build some muscle though. The numbers on the scale aren't that important0

My gw is around 105. I started at 134, got down to 106 and am back to 110. Anything below 110 has been really hard for me to stay at. I'm not really as concerned about a number at this point, I'd just like to look less "squishy." I'm small but still have a bit of a belly and some jiggly thighs going on.0

I'm 5'0' and I weigh 97 lbs. My goal weight is 100 lbs but I want to gain 3 lbs of pure muscle, not fat. I'm aiming for 18-20% body fat.0

Im 4'11 and my current GW is 130. Once I get to 130, my GW will most likely become 120-125.0

5'2" and 45 yrs old my goal weight is 135, when I was in my 20's it was 1150
-
I'm 5'3", and I am going for 110. I might try 105 later. However! I'd definitely settle for 115, if it meant being extremely lean and toned. I know it's possible to gain weight and lose inches.0
