I agree. I use these programs as a starting point. I've done P90x3 for 4 weeks now...and I feel like I'm short changing myself...mainly because P90X 1 is so more intense. So now I'm lifting heavy three nights a week and either filling in a P90X3 workout or some cardio every day...when I can. Remember, which is always the…

Question - Im interested in T25 - I hear its 1600 calories/day and workouts 5 days a week? Thanks.

I NEEEEEEEEED to start getting up early to work out! Too little time in the day!

Pork rinds are a tasty treat. Sounds gross - but I got bags of the hot n spicy version - love 'em! Decent fats, 0 carbs!

I actually thought about doing doubles...since these workout are only 30 minutes....I may do Lean in the morning and Classic in the evening. I need to get broken-in first, though. My legs feel like they're filled with concrete.
-
Hey there - Ive done both with the original P90X. After I did Classic - which IMO is the best program to do...I found Lean to be "boring." Ive had better results with Classic as well. Classic is the best all around fitness schedule....IMO.

Classic Schedule - 55f/35p/10c

I'm doing somewhat the same. Dabbled in the ketogenic, now finding I'm more of a Paleo eater...although really like the idea of slow carb. Might try that after P90X3 to really cut down. Can you eat oats and brown rice on the slow carb?

Awesome \m/

Im rockin' a 65f/25p/10c macro - paleo/keto mix.
-
Absolutely - keep your calories in a deficit and you're good to go! Slowly get some exercise in when you can to feel ultimately healthier.

Right!?! Plus, I thought carbs curbed hunger? Either way, I'm eating low carbs, high fat and mid protein. I have enough muscle and bulk so I just need to slim. Working a 65/25/10 right now. I eat waaaaaay better now than I used to...compared to lots of weight training with super high carbs and protien with low fat. Feeling…

If the twinkie diet can make you lose weight - so can this :o)
-
Not bad! Again, not the healthiest option...but for weight loss - it looks good on paper. Good luck!

" I sometimes crave sweets, so I make a keto-friendly dessert on the weekends like mug cake." That sounds good - whats the recipe? Thanks!

Wow - thank you for all of your feedback! Its very interesting to see how our macros differ for various reasons. I'm trying to lose weight, which is my my carbs are generally low and cals. Each day varies though, and I'm well within the average of macros on this thread. Thanks for all of your help!

Thanks for all of your replies! All in the same....if I'm still in a caloric deficit, whether I'm in Ketosis or not, wouldn't I reap the same benefits for fat and weight loss?

My plan is to stay within my macros with the Keto Diet all week but have a nice "carby" meal once a week, probably Saturday night. I've heard about Carb Nite as well, as I am mixed with a whirlwind of data from the Keto, Cyclical Keto, Carb Nite, Slow Carb....phew! I'm sticking to Keto for one month - if I don't see any…

I had a few pieces of pizza from Papa Johns on Saturday along with a Blue Moon brew and the results blew my mind after I entered everything in MFP. Carbs were well over my 5% goal....with just one slice...not even mentioning the beer results. Wow.

Thank you both very much!

I just started eating Keto - Im luckily not have any carb cravings yet, especially being in Ketosis. But man - do I want a beer! Are you doing any "cheat" meals?
