I made one yesterday and added 2T of unsweetened cocoa powder as well. It was sooooo yum, it's a perfect post workout, and really bumps up my protein for the day! Thanks JSRG for the recipe!

Oh man, I was just thinking about this. Definitely COCONUT MILK, especially in curry. Ohhh geeze, even thinking about it makes my mouth water, but with 12 grams of saturated fat per serving, it's something I only make once in a great while.

I just made one of these and it was awesome! It's really moist, but also fluffy. i made it in a coffee cup and am eating it with some fruit. I want to try adding cocoa powder tomorrow, or maybe some blueberries in the batter?
