Hi, I am Linda. I am 52 I live in Florida and I am a cancer survivor as of 1 year now. I am a fitness & BeachBody coach and a running coach... My goals are to lose 6% body fat, 15 pounds and increase my cardio while increasing my muscle mass.

3.25 miles walk with 7sets 10 reps of strength intervals including push ups squats tri dips and mountain climbers. My arms and legs hurt.

I am currently at 35% body fat. I workout 6 days a week and burn about 570 or more per workout and eat 1300 calories or less a day. Question when will the body fat start leaving?

Only 22.5 miles walked this week. Not as much as usually, I have been sick, I am hoping for more miles next week.
