Thanks ladies for all your input and advice! I am starting to think that maybe 6 months IS a long commitment. I will have to go back to my gym and ask them to give me and explain all of my options before committing to anything.

Congratulations on your lose!! Those steps are great to start and build on. Regarding fad diets, I don’t consider Weight Watchers to be a fad diet. I personally followed the program and lost 35 pounds. Because of WW I learned a lot about portion control, substituting for healthier options, and learned how to read labels…

WOW..... that is amazing!!! Great job on your lose. This has always been my concern, that once I lose the weight I will need plastic surgery to remove the excess lose skin but know I see there is hope for me.
