There's a bunch of people on the ChatKeto.com discord that deal with PCOS, or at least I see them talking about it on/off...

The three best resources I have found are: * http://reddit.com/r/keto * http://antranik.org/keto-diet/ * http://josepharcita.blogspot.com/2011/03/guide-to-ketosis.html

Here's where you'll find the info you need... https://www.reddit.com/r/ketogains/ Lifting on Keto of any sort you'll find yourself pretty weak for the first couple of weeks. Once you get fat adapted though, you'll start to have a lot more energy throughout your days, better sleep, and a bunch of other health improvements…

Reading through this thread makes my head spin... I'm spending maybe $30/week... including protein powder (Lean1 Choc PB.) How are some of you spending so much??? LOL
-
He workouts, but only a little.

Just keep doing what you're doing. Lift weights old school, keep those 3500 *primarily* calories clean, but have a half gallon of ice cream occasionally lol. Don't forget to get your rest, it's just as important as getting in your gym time.

Keep kicking butts and taking names!

I'm on 14 months of only water and counting... What started off as a 30 day challenge has just become a way of life. When water is the only thing you drink, it's easy to get all you need and then some... Not to mention all the calories I save!

Here's an easy to load playlist for you with my current workout list. I'll add to it daily since I literally just created it for this post. https://open.spotify.com/user/122070144/playlist/1fGFUeDOb9P5lR9bvBPMjl

Dehydration can absolutely knock 10 lbs off of me in 5 days... KEEP THAT WATER INTAKE ON HIGH!

Water and ice. Usually toss in some PB2 for more flavor depending upon what I'm making. Lean1 has by FAR been my favorite protein powder for flavor and texture... makes a perfect milkshake every time and is delicious mmmhmmm

Just try every day. Took me 3 months to do my first... now I do a hundred+ a day 5-6 days a week.

Kayna, what gym did you join? I'm about 50 minutes north of you but would be up for helping get you started! Congrats on training for your first 1/2 and already dropping 35!

What's your plan Shelly?

Maji, this is a life long change. You need to measure your efforts differently. How do clothes feel? How much further are you walking/jogging? How much stronger do you feel? How many more squats/pushups/dips/weights are you doing that you couldn't do last week?! Add some focus on NON-SCALE VICTORIES and realize that the…

Hello Err! Just think of it this way... the average cocktail is 150-200 calories... 1 burpee = 1 calorie burned. you do the math LOL

If you're forced to eat on the go... try stopping in at a grocery store with a self serve salad bar. Otherwise, go with healthier 'fast food' options like 6 inch subs loaded with veggies...

This is a life long journey, not a sprint Trace. You've had some extremely rapid weight loss for 30 days... which means that your next 30 are going to seem like a serious disappointment. Just keep on track long term with your intake/output and make sure you're putting in the effort!

I grew up in WLKS. I go to Anytime Fitness in Somers right now but I'm always up for finding a new partner and doing new activities to mix it up.

About $100/month for myself in Connecticut.

Hard work and clean calorie concious eating is always the key for sure... but the occasional thermo in the mix has helped me when I've hit a plateau. I've had good luck with ProSupps DNPX as well as Ubervita W700. A lot of people get jittery though, so you may want to try other options out there like some basic pre-workout…
