I don't seem to cut off anything that I like to eat. I eat chocolate, drink beer, drink alcohol, eat carbs... just in moderation. Instead of the 2 lb bag of m&m's I get 2 or 3 pieces. It works for me. AND when I want a HO HO... I eat them. If I don't I tend to fall off the wagon big time.

I went through the P90x program as well. I loved it. I just can't seem to get the hips and thighs to get smaller. The rest of my body is tone. I carry all my weight in 1 area. :mad:

I limit my carbohydrates. But I eat almost anything. Portion control and exercise is the key to my success. 70 lbs in 1 year. It was a lot of sweat!

I am far from perfect, but I rock! I am normally pretty happy with myself . My happiness comes from within me and isn't based on my looks or weight. I am happy with me because of the footprint I will leave behind when I leave this world. This is way too deep for this site, but at least it is a honest answer.

I only sleep a few hours a night so my eyes open around 2-3 am. It sucks. The thought of just laying there is what motivates me to get up. I limit my carbs on a regular basis. But when I do eat carbs, I make them count. I have never heard to eat them with protein. Strange.

I eat pretty clean as well. Don't get me wrong, once every few weeks I splurge. I am far from an angel.

I take Gluetimine I think it is it. It helps move or block the acid build up in the muscles. I have been on it for a few day and I take it at night or after a workout. Too soon to say if it is working. I mix it into the protein shake.
