It really depends. I use a heart rate monitoring watch :) Keeps track of how much I burn

You need to shock your body by eating something against your diet. Also, change up your routine. Instead of running, try swimming or use an elliptical machine. If you can't try aerobic videos on youtube or Zumba.

I've figured it out! My weight only goes up about 1lb throughout the day if I take a potassium vitamin
-
nope it is not in my head. My clothes get tighter throughout the day
-
It makes a difference when you're 4'10"
-
I'm the same way! I know it's bad but I can't help it!
-
Wow...I gain 5-6 :/. It's so discouraging
-
I gain up to 5lbs before my period. It usually goes away after a couple days after I start. Avoid salty food
-
I bought one of those grilling machines. Works great! And all you need is an outlet
-
I really does. You'll never feel alone here. College junior :)

Change your exercise routine and try to work harder while working out. Make yourself feel like when you first started working out.

I sure do. When I want chocolate specifically I get ATKINS PEANUT BUTTER CUPS. There are only 2 net carbs per cup and are only 80 calories a cup. I use them when I feel like I am going crazy from craving chocolate.

Water. Sometimes eating too much of the wrong carbs causes anybody to hold water. Drink lots of water (ironically) and for me iced tea helps. I like using crystal light's iced tea. I gained 4 lbs overnight once with water.

I'm 127 at just above 4'10. I'm tired of Going to the doctors and them telling me I'm overweight.

I've tried all sorts of workouts and get the same problem. I'm about to give up

No. The only way to create ketosis is to cut carbs ad it takes a few days.
-
It's b-12 mom :)

I dont know about the calcium, but ketosis is when your body runs out of carbs to use for energy. The forces the body to go directly to fat for energy. The amount a carbs a person takes a day depends on age, sex, weight, and amount of exersise. Ive been in ketosis before, and Im trying to get in it again. It usually takes…

Quaker rice cakes (chocolate drizzle) - 90 calories and filling...and OH SO GOOD!

I'm 4'10" and I will NEVER reach the weight doctors say I should be. They say I should be 105 lbs...Thanks I like to have some meat on my bones! I'm also Hispanic...I'm naturally curvy and I do not want to look like a stick...thank you very much!
-
Thanks for fixing that! Hahaha
-
I'll definetly try to change things up. The I was never much of an eater...I started gaining weight when I got an office job instead of hostessing at a restuarant....great pay but other things started growing besides my wallet hahaha!
-
I know it's called ketosis. I was in it at one point, and I ruined it in one day. Also, I wasnt losing weight after a while....I hit a stall.
-
My calorie intake is no less than 1,200. Yes it would make me happier to lose those 6 lbs. I am extremely small and what people do not seem to notice is that such small amounts of weight make a big difference for somebody my size. I am 4'10. And my goals are realistic cause one year ago I was this weight.
-
Well in the silliest (and yet so true!) way I can say is.... and I quote Dori from Finding Nemo..."Just keep swimming!" Just keep working on it. You'll get there :)
-
Mainly cardio with some weight training
-
Yeah I'll try to change it up. I may have to get back on my DDR again! I lost 12 lbs off that before in a few weeks. It was crazy!
-
I drink about 8-10 8 ounce glasses a day I eat low sodium I rarely eat processed foods I stay under my calories most of the time I exercise when I can .....Not working
-
I know exactly how you feel. I count carbs and calories. I try to keep my carbs low, no more than 30 a day, and only do cardio for about 20-30 minutes a few times a week. I use headphones to occupy myself while doing cardio (usually just power walking). I have lost about 9 pounds this way. I also hang a peice of clothing…
