It won't stay off!!!!!!
I eat right, and exercise daily. I'm 21, 4'11 and I can't get these last 10 pounds off!!! I'll lose a few (3-4) then in one day it comes back. I've been struggling for months and no matter how well eat or how much I work out it doesn't stay off! It's driving me absolutely crazy!

Stressing out
I started Zumba fitness about a week ago (doing it every day and sometimes twice) and had lost 4 pounds. Sounds great until o gained it back in a single day. I know it's probably water but that water Makes me look bloated and like I haver excersized at all!! Tips? :(

Low carb protein shakes?
I was looking at Atkins's low carb protein shakes since I'm such a picy breakfast eater (I don't like eggs). Does anybody know how this tastes or can recommend a protein shake that's low in carbs?

Low carb?
I've cut my carbs down to less than 30 (on average) a day and it was working great for me. I also keep my calories around 1,100 and now it seems I'm stuck! I got bored of eating salads....are there any other low carb foods I'm not aware of?

Stuck
Im 4'10 and I was 130. I would like to get to 115.and now I am stuck around 121.5 pounds. Any suggestions on how to break this stall? I use this tracker to keep my calories low, but I also watch it to make sure my carbs are quite low.
