Stressing out

I started Zumba fitness about a week ago (doing it every day and sometimes twice) and had lost 4 pounds. Sounds great until o gained it back in a single day. I know it's probably water but that water
Makes me look bloated and like I haver excersized at all!! Tips? :(

    Take a water pill. You'll pee a lot, but it works :) It's just a standard supplement, doesn't cost too much, and it should get rid of a lot of water weight. Some women take it on their periods to get rid of the bloat. Otherwise, I wouldn't worry about it.

    if you drink caffeine or alcohol cut those out for a few days and see if that helps... it always helps me .. good luck. I know its a big downer to feel bloated I use to get so bloated that i looked like I was in early pregnancy stage :-/ but once i cut back on caffeine ( i actually cut it out completely) i helped tons.. and i went from a glass of wine every night to maybe once a week if that. and drink lots of water!!! :-)

    Keep tracking and keep doing Zumba - I love Zumba! - things will look up! Your body probably has to adjust. Drink water and stay off the scale a couple of days - your body will respond in your favor! Good luck!
