Thank you!! Makes sense to, I've been lifting five days a week for five weeks and i'm eating at a deficit no more than 1600 calories a day if that. I'll continue to lift thanks for your help :)

I typically eat back most of my exercise calories. Is it true that if i'm going to stick with a goal of 1240 that i should net 1240 at the end of the day after my exercise and all?
