You should check out https://www.reddit.com/r/keto/ and look at the FAQ in the sidebar. Their recommendations for Sodium is 5000mg (since your body flushes water on this diet, you end up flushing electrolytes as well), and they also recommend 1000mg of Potassium, and 300mg of Magnesium.

I am very interested! I weigh 260 right now and have had many ups and downs while trying to lose weight. I think it would definitely help to be part of a group to have some good support, and to be able to give some support too!

I never abstain from anything I really want. I work it out so that what I am having fits within my calories for the day.
