  • I don't count calories. I just like to keep track of my carbs/protein/fat. Also, it forces me to write down what I am eating because, unlike you, it's hard for me to go cold turkey. MFP holds me accountable

  • I eat 25% carbs (less than 100g a day-include fruits/veggies), 38% protein, 38% fat. that's 101% haha! But you understand the general ratio. This will lead to optimal weight loss and health. Also, overfeed your body a little on the days you workout hard and underfeed your body on rest days. Good luck!
  • YES! It's hard to eat less than 100g a day but so worth it. I always sleep a lot better and have a lot more energy the next day . You can do it! It usually takes about 2 weeks or so to get used to it... just keep on going
