It was somewhere in week 3 that I really "got it" and was kicking *kitten* with the workouts. It took me that long just to be confident in the moves and my ability to do it! You will get there!

I had been working out barefoot too lol I got new Nike's they are running shoes. Some of the jump turns are hard since I am working out on carpet, but overall my feet feel so much better now than when I was not using shoes or having to wear my horrible crap ones since I couldn't do calf hops without them. Just when I think I hate the work out I love them. Speed 1.0 yesterday I loved and again lower focus today. I am proud to say I completed the entire work out with minimal mods (only on ones that killed my knees until I get new shoes...mine suck so bad) and I feel like I nailed it! I sweat more doing TBC last night with the modified than ever before. My calorie burns are lower but I can tell I am getting a better work out. All of you are doing amazing! Finished Alpha Week 1!! I am so happy I could do the 2 workouts yesterday. I am already seeing results with my body, my weight, inches lost, and with my endurance. That is soooo motivating!

5ft 11. Starting weight was 220 got down to 186, started new job in September and jumped back to 199. Looking to get back at it and I want to get to 170 if I can. Big yellow spot is #1 been following that for years. Just had such an amazing watermelon yesterday that I ate the whole thing in 2 days hahaha! (ok the kids had 1 small piece each lol) But yes, the brighter the yellow and and the duller the green!!! mmmmm Thanks!

Over exertion can cause period loss. Doing intense cardio for long times can pause menses.

Try Butt Bible by Pauline Nordin. It is like 10 bucks at Target. It did wonders for my inner thighs and saddle bags. She has kick *kitten* legs and the moves you learn in it can be applied at the gym. You can do it, it will just take time. That and you may need to look at some body fat % loss diets. I hate it when people ask me for advice on their diet and exercise how I lost the weight and then I tell them,I exercise and changed my diet...then they say "I exercise and eat healthy!" If that were the case you would not want my help and would not be 80-160lb overweight!

I personally weigh daily, sometimes multiple times a day. Just out of curiosity. I do miss some days tho. It works for me. I know others who do not like this....OP if you are trying to figure it out for you...try once a week, once a day, once a month etc. and see which one works for you. I know that waiting is frustrating…

Fantastic. Yes, your workouts are burning less, but any muscle you have built is burning more during the day (an probably more in the long run than in your workouts) Keep up the amazing hard work!
