consult with your doctor but try saffron extract is an appetite surpressor i use it because i just eat bc and now i dnt crave food or over eat. but 5000 is way too much your going to die early you keep on.

just set mini goals for the week and make sure to accomplish them.. small goals add up to large ones!! good luck u can add me as ur friend

no need to be scared.. just start slow.. start going to the gym and walking 10 min a day and each week add 5 minutes..and when u reach a point where u think u can increase your speed do so.. at every gym they have a team that can help you learn how to use the equipment ... also go to your doctor and talk to him about…
